What's been discussed as ways of making sn metadata available:

- Apache rewrites
- SPARQL endpoint

An issue is what kind of queries we want to support. If we want to query, in SPARQL, for specific shared names, then we have to "materialize" all of them rather than only leaving the templates in place.
